To formatively assess the impact of Black CAP’s adaptation of the 3MV HIV intervention programs on the sexual and other risk taking behaviours of young, Black, gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. Additionally, to gain a better understanding of Black/African-Canadian youth communities in the Greater Toronto Area.
